  The Pocket Scion is normally priced at 145 Euros and the training at 189 Euros separately, but at Naturasounds, we do not sell the device alone because this pack is intended for conscious users who wish to co-create and improve their understanding of living beings through interspecies bio-communication and join our user community.
  
  You can purchase the device alone from Thomann if you only want the device.
  We also offer the training alone with all its educational content and entry into the community if you wish to benefit from exchanges between users, advice from our specialized team (since 2018) in the use of this type of device, and 30 minutes of video call with Renaud Ruhlmann, founder of Naturasounds, to discuss your specific needs.
  
  

  ⚠ IMPORTANT — The products and services listed below are expressly excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code.

  
  

  Pocket Scion with integrated training

  The "Pocket Scion + Training" product constitutes an inseparable set composed of a physical device and training content (physical medium — USB stick — or digital access). Due to the nature of this content, the following exclusions cumulatively apply:

  • Training content delivered on a physical medium (USB stick) cannot be returned or refunded once the packaging seal is broken, in application of Article L. 221-28, 6° of the Consumer Code (goods that, after being unsealed, cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons).
  • The educational content is protected by copyright and constitutes sensitive, single-use content. Any copying or distribution is prohibited.
  • The associated digital training, if applicable, is not eligible for a refund once access has been activated by the Customer, in accordance with Article L. 221-28, 13° of the Consumer Code.

  
  

  Art. L. 221-28, 6°: exclusion for unsealed goods after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.
