The Virtues of Water: Between Established Science and New Theories
Water is much more than just a clear liquid that quenches our thirst.
This extraordinary molecule, composed of two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom (H₂O), constitutes the very foundation of life on Earth.
But recently, a new theory has emerged in the scientific world: that of the "fourth phase" of water, also called H₃O₂⁻.
What should we think about it?
Let's explore together the recognized virtues of classic water and the potential mysteries of this "structured" water.
H₂O Water: A Miracle of Nature
Unique Properties in the World
Water has exceptional physicochemical characteristics that make it essential to life. Unlike most substances, water reaches its maximum density at 4°C, allowing fish to survive the winter under the ice. Its ability to form hydrogen bonds gives it remarkable surface tension, allowing plants to transport water from roots to leaves and insects to walk on its surface.
As a universal solvent, water dissolves more substances than any other liquid. This property is crucial for our bodies because it enables the transport of nutrients, the elimination of waste, and the thousands of biochemical reactions that keep our bodies alive.
The Vital Benefits of Water for Our Body
Cellular Hydration and Transport
Every cell in our body depends on water to function. Water maintains osmotic pressure, allows nutrients to enter and metabolic waste to exit. Without water, our cells could neither nourish themselves nor rid themselves of toxins.
Thermal Regulation
Our bodies use water as a natural air conditioning system. Thanks to its high heat capacity, water absorbs and redistributes body heat. When we sweat, the evaporation of water cools our skin, protecting us from overheating.
Brain Function
Since the brain is made up of 75% water, even mild dehydration can affect our concentration, memory, and mood. Studies show that a water loss of just 2% can decrease cognitive performance by 10%.
Cardiovascular System
Water maintains the blood volume needed to transport oxygen to all our organs. It also helps regulate blood pressure and facilitates the work of the heart.
Structure and Mobility
Our joints contain synovial fluid, composed primarily of water, which lubricates and cushions movement. Cartilage itself is 80% water, giving it its shock-absorbing capacity.
Thus, the resonance frequency of the H2O water molecule allows the H2O molecules to be harmonized with each other and, like the 128 Hz tuning fork, provides general harmony and regulates nervous and muscular tension. This frequency therefore becomes essential when we understand the importance of having fluid information via the water in our body. In therapy, this frequency is becoming increasingly used because this frequency enters directly into bioresonance with our body.
In music, however, I advise you to stick to 432 Hz because there are so many testimonies and instruments already in circulation that it would be ridiculous to make people believe that we should force everyone to play at 429.62 Hz from now on.
Tuning in music being a point of conceptualization, we can choose the tuning fork we want since the most important thing in music is created by the passion and the waves of the heart of the musician who will transmit his emotions via the notes he will generate. This information is encoded in his music, the tuning fork will just give a nuance of color.
As proof, given the millions of songs and thousands of hits in 440 Hz to which we have all sung or danced, it would be absurd to question the 440 Hz tuning fork.
Intention is far more powerful than a single frequency...
The Fourth Phase Theory: H₃O₂⁻
What is this “Structured Water”?
The fourth-phase theory of water was primarily developed by Gerald Pollack, a professor of bioengineering at the University of Washington. According to this theory, there exists a form of water that differs from the three classical phases (solid, liquid, and gas), characterized by a specific molecular structure: H₃O₂⁻.
This "exclusion water" or "structured water" would present several distinctive characteristics:
- Hexagonal structure : Water molecules would organize themselves into crystalline formations
- Negative charge : Unlike normal water, this phase would carry an electrical charge
- Solute exclusion : It would create pure zones around hydrophilic surfaces
- Altered physical properties : Viscosity and behavior different from ordinary water
The Benefits of H₃O₂⁻
Proponents of this theory put forward several potential benefits:
Bioenergetic Potential
Structured water may improve energy transport at the cellular level, thus optimizing our metabolism. This property is thought to stem from its organized structure and electrical charge.
Antioxidant Properties
The negative charge of H₃O₂⁻ may give it antioxidant properties, helping to neutralize free radicals responsible for cellular aging and many diseases.
Optimized Cellular Hydration
The particular structure of this water could facilitate its penetration through cell membranes, thus improving hydration at the tissue level.
Improved Electrical Conductivity
The electrical properties of H₃O₂⁻ could optimize the transmission of bioelectrical signals in our body, positively influencing our nervous system.
I have the pleasure of being able to communicate regularly with Professor Gerald Pollack about my work with the H3O2 frequencies - because I explained to him how we had found the H2O frequency with Professor Marc Henry whom he knows and here is his response of June 18, 2024. Great encouragement which has since borne fruit. Thank you Jerry for the support.

Research on H₃O₂⁻: Promising but Preliminary
The situation is different for the fourth phase of water. Although Pollack and his team's research has produced some interesting results, the scientific community remains divided. The main current limitations include:
- Limited replication : The experiments have not been adequately replicated by other independent laboratories. As with water memory, it is important to understand that the observer influences the experiment based on their beliefs, so if someone doesn't believe or is not neutral, they will bias the experiment.
- Unclear mechanisms : How exactly would this structured water act in the body? There is a lack of knowledge and information about the possibility of informing matter, and here, this phase of water would allow for the transformation of matter.
- Missing clinical studies : There are still no large-scale clinical trials demonstrating the benefits on human health (let's not forget that "water sellers" exploit fresh water to sell it to us in plastic bottles, they have no interest in seeing studies come out so that consumers learn what water to drink)
- Scientific debate : Some researchers question the very existence of this fourth phase, but as we see with conflicts of interest, our society is seriously lacking in ethics and transparency.
The resonance frequency of the fourth phase of water H3O2-
Following this first discovery of the resonance frequency of H2O water in 2020 following my study on 432 Hz, I was asked to produce a study on H3O2-. Surprisingly, I found the same analogy as between 432 Hz and 429.62 Hz to explain that musical tuning in 432 Hz feels good because it vibrates in the vibrational field of our H2O water molecules. With H3O2-, we have a correspondence with the German baroque tuning fork which was around 415 Hz and the frequency of H3O2- is 417.60 Hz. Almost the same difference in Hz on the two frequencies of water with recognized tuning forks.
To name but a few, Jean Sebastien Bach and Johann Pachelbel played with this tuning fork, and Pachelbel's famous Canon must be played with the same tuning fork as originally, that is to say, with that of 415/417 Hz (close to H3O2-) rather than 432 Hz or at the frequency of H2O.
We have received extremely positive feedback on this frequency from many therapists thanks to our NATURASOUNDS therapeutic tuning forks at the H3O2- resonance frequency. He even calls it "anti-pain."

Conclusion: Science and Open-Mindedness
H₂O water remains the undisputed pillar of healthy hydration and a well-functioning body. Its benefits have been documented, understood, and successfully used for decades.
The theory of the fourth phase of water represents a fascinating field of research that deserves attention and investigation. With Naturasounds, I am among the first to study its resonance frequency and use it daily in my work because this frequency restructures information, it is therefore essential to the maintenance and balance of our body while H2O harmonizes.
The two together also have a beneficial effect if used, for example, as tuning forks to create a binaural beat.

The wisest approach is to maintain adequate hydration with water of proven quality. Depending on your budget, there are several solutions for filtering, revitalizing, and reinvigorating your drinking water.
However, it is important to follow with interest the development of research on structured water.
Science progresses through questioning and verification: let us remain open to new discoveries while keeping our feet on the ground.
